Designed to machine omplex parts from the bar, the RM7H machine enables all operations, with milling with 5 simultaneous axes, drilling and tapping as well as turning, threading and boring.

A real tilting HSM milling spindle which traverses along the longitudinal and transversal axes performs the milling, drilling and rigid tapping operations.

A 52 mm bar capacity main turning spindle enables complete machining of complex components in one operation.

The turning, threading and boring operations are performed by standard turning bars mounted on a slotted table which is positioned in front of the spindle and is connected to it.This rigid solution enables the full power of the machine to be used and avoids the use of turning tools in the milling spindle.

A counter spindle opposite the main spindle is used to take the part after cutting.

All turning -milling operations can be carried out on the rear side of the part on this spindle as on the main spindle.
