We offer the most extensive rebuilding process in the industry.   Ternstrom Rebuilding Division  
- Strip old paint and repaint with Sherwin William Polane Enamel in 7B Gray - for other colors, price upon application
- Completely disassemble, clean and inspect all parts both mechanical and electrical
- Replace all worn and broken parts
- Replace all bearings
- Install new headstock spindle and bearings and finish grind spindle in its new bearings at factory in New York
- Install new bed plate
- Rebuild cross slide and tool post slide to include installation of new screws, nuts, dials, bearings and gibs
- Rebuild collet closer, replace all worn parts

- Rebuild tailstock and install new tailstock spindle at factory in New York
- Install new lead screw and lead screw nut
- Install new style molded wipers
- Rebuild quick change gear box
- Rebuild apron gear train
- Replace carriage Teflon at the factory, if applicable
- Replace hardened wear strips at factory, if applicable
- Rebuild drive and electrical system - includes power feed and variable speed controls
- Reassemble machine and inspect to conform to factory specifications for new machines
- Grind and scrape all sliding ways to factory standards
