"Grinding Technology” Seminar
Kellenberger will present the basic principles for universal grinding. Also discussed will be combining ID/OD operations and the utilization of machines with various wheelheads with multiple spindles in order to grind parts complete and eliminate costly part handling.
Winterthur will present the various grinding wheel grades and criteria for proper selection of grinding wheels. Also discussed will be solutions to grinding problems such as heat generation in grinding, improving surface finish of both grinding wheel and workpiece, and strategies against thermal damage.
Hauser (jig), Tripet (ID), and Tschudin (OD) grinding products will discuss the advantages and cost benefits of automated jig grinding as a solution to your applications.
“Hard Turning 101” Seminar
This seminar discusses the What, When, Why and How of Hard Turning. Seminar Outline includes:
